We will accept product back for exchange or full refund as long as they are in there original packaging, in perfect condition and the product itself is unused or unworn. Some items like custom made orthotic devices are excluded from our returns policy on hygiene or by the nature of the product. Please CONTACT US if you are unsure of the returnability of your product.
